Vincent Franceschini, a French-born sales, marketing and communications professional based in the UK since 1993, holds a business degree from École Des Cadres, Paris, and an MBA in International Management from the University of Dallas. His career in motorsport spans key roles, including Press Officer at Tyrrell Racing Organisation in Formula One, Media Coordinator at Silverstone Circuit, and Team Manager of Kid Jensen Racing in Formula 3000. 

Vincent has also held positions within multinational companies across Mexico City, Paris, and London, including Associate Director at Avenue Communications and co-owner of ProTech Composites. In 2003, he founded Pole Limited, leveraging his extensive international experience to deliver communications and events solutions.

Today, Pole Limited is a leading motorsport PR agency with over two decades of industry expertise. The agency provides strategic communications services to automotive manufacturers, professional racing teams and drivers, as well as motorsport-affiliated brands worldwide.

Pole delivers a comprehensive range of services, including media relations, social media management, content production, branding, and event support and logistics.
